Standing Tall, Among All

Standing tall, among all, 

the blooming wonder

flaunts, not without pride,

a sublime beauty, grace, 

with a captivating smile.

Oozing mirth at been born 

even if for a mere day,

it’s aware of a silent,

humble shade of gratitude,

at been born so beautiful.

Naturally… characteristically,

the graceful one doesn’t forget

to modestly, wordlessly acknowledge

the sentiment, with thanks to the creator,

before the smile fades, 

the petals wither and come apart.

Isn’t that reason enough, to be

standing tall, among all?
